Frontiers' Training Website

At Frontiers, we are eager for coaching and upgrading. We practice lifelong learning, putting tools into the hands of our current and future workers. After you complete The Journey and have a discussion with a Frontiers staff member, you are given full access to our dynamic, comprehensive training website. The site was created to help you prepare for service to Christ in the Muslim world. It is equipped with a vast array of useful resources, as well as web tools to allow you to network with others preparing for overseas service.

When first entering the site, you begin by taking a confidential, interactive personal inventory to see which areas you may need additional preparation in before going overseas. The tool measures participants in fifteen holistic categories representing godly and effective Kingdom workers, including team dynamics, Bible study and peacemaking. After you take the inventory, you can view the results and share them with a mentor.

The inventory will enable the site to create for you a personalized development plan, offering practical suggestions to help you grow in areas identified through the inventory.

  • Fruitful Practices of workers in the Muslim world

The Frontiers training website also provides links to hundreds of training opportunities throughout the U.S. and beyond offered by other organizations.

You will have the opportunity to be in community with others who are preparing for the Muslim world. You can set up public and private forums on topics of field readiness, singleness, Islamics, or anything else helpful to explore in community.
