Bob Blincoe is the U.S. Director of Frontiers. Bob led his family and a Frontiers’ team to the Middle East following the Gulf War (1991). Prior to that, he and his wife taught English in Thailand. They have three children.
Bob graduated with Master of Divinity and Master of Theology degrees from Fuller Theological Seminary. Bob is an ordained Presbyterian Minister. He is the author of Ethnic Realities and the Church: Lessons from Kurdistan.
Jon Hardin is the National Communications Specialist for Frontiers. He ministered to unreached Muslims with Caleb Project for over fifteen years, serving in various leadership roles.
Jon regularly speaks and teaches at local churches, missions conferences, and training events throughout the world. He has a passion for seeing local churches and Christians step into strategic roles in global missions.
Jon is an ordained minister and holds a Master of Arts degree from Denver Seminary. He also holds an MBA, is a Certified Public Accountant, and is presently engaged in PhD work. Jon, his wife and three daughters enjoy skiing and camping in the Rocky Mountains.
Jeff and Roxanne Johnson have been working with Muslims since 1988. Recently, they served on teams in Central Asia and are now working in leadership positions at the Frontiers U.S. Sending Base in the Phoenix area.
Jeff has been a teacher of Perspectives for 12 years and specializes in training and encouraging followers of Jesus to engage Muslims domestically and globally.
Roxanne speaks on women’s ministries as they relate to missions work.
Jeff and Roxanne have three children and desire to return to assist a team in the Muslim world in the near future.
Patrick Lai has a Masters of Divinity degree from Trinity Divinity School near Chicago. He did his Doctorate of Intercultural Studies at the Asia Graduate School of Theology, researching Problems and Solutions for Enhancing the Productivity of Tentmakers Doing Church Planting in the 10/40 Window.
Patrick has served in Asia for over 25 years. He has spent the past 23 years as a tentmaker among Muslims with Frontiers while authoring several books. The Lord has enabled his team to plant two churches and two fellowships among Muslims and spawn five other teams in the region.
Patrick has served on the international board of directors of Frontiers for thirteen years. Patrick mentors businessmen throughout the 10/40 Window. He and his wife have two adult sons.
Mike Latsko served three years as a missionary in Europe. He has also served church pastoral roles for 20 years. Mike’s ministry of the word reflects a passion for leading individual and corporate spiritual renewal to create global impact. He has a Masters in Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary, focused on Bible Exposition.
Mike has founded several missions conferences that train and serve 20-Somethings. He has been a speaker-at-large for Frontiers since 2004. Married and the proud father of a son, Mike also serves as an advisory board member to 24-7 Prayer headquartered in Kansas City, MO.
