Sending is an important part of God’s plan to spread the Gospel to the ends of the earth. Frontiers recruits, trains, sends and serves ambassadors of Christ to the Muslim world. When you join our Sending Staff, you serve and love Muslims in Jesus’ name.
Some of the opportunities below require our senders, just as our field members, to raise their own full financial support through churches and individuals. Other positions are paid salary or hourly from our general budget. Still others require partial support raising.

The following are fully or partially paid positions. Positions may require some participation in Partnership Development Ministry (support raising).
Chief Development Officer -Position involves creating, managing and maximizing development operations of Frontiers. Candidate must have 10 years experience in fundraising, five of which should be in a management capacity. Successful candidate must be adroit in cultivating stewardship relationships with individuals, churches, and foundations. The following positions will be fully funded by the support team developed by the candidate. Frontiers provides training and tools for support raising (Partnership Development Ministry).
Church Based Teams Mobilizer - The role of a Church-Based Teams Mobilizer is to establish Frontiers as the agency of choice for churches interested in sending church planting teams to the Muslim world and to supply Church-Based Teams (CBT) Department with qualified CBT churches.
GAP Team Coordinator - Helps fulfill the goal of sending GAP teams to unengaged regions of the Muslim world. He/she will interact with people in all stages of the application and field preparation processes to help them fulfill God’s call on their life. This position presents unique opportunities to develop and maintain warm, personal relationships with applicants and teams, while also working on detailed processes and systems.
Pastoral Coach - Work closely with the Barnabas Team Director with a focus on the administrative role to field personnel and the organizational tasks of the Barnabas Team. Participate in Candidate School and Oasis as needed. Complete other tasks and special projects assigned by Barnabas Team Director.
