Summer Teams 2012

Give thanks to the LORD, call on his name; make known among the nations what he has done, and proclaim that his name is exalted.      Isaiah 12:4

When you team with Frontiers for Summer Teams work, you will be bolstered by training, prayer and expertise so that you may impact the Muslim world with the message of Jesus Christ. Check often in the coming weeks for additional opportunities.

East Africa Camp  -  It’s summer camp like you’ve never seen it before. Some of the kids at this camp have fled one of the world’s most violent countries and some of them face extreme poverty. You’ll get to work with your team to craft the program to show them the love of God in Jesus.  Caution: it might wreck your heart. But God is near to the broken hearted.This trip starts in mid-June of 2012.

South Asia English Camp - Bless the people of South Asia by teaching English at an ESL school next summer. Live among the students and share life with them while rubbing shoulders with a Frontiers Long Term Team. This trip starts in late May of 2012.

Africa Village Exposure - Spend your summer living in a village in Mozambique.  The team will be riding bicycles into the main town at least 3 times a week, so you must be able to handle that level of physical exertion.  You will be teaching English, working in an impoverished community, and learning from the long term workers there. This trip starts in late May of 2012.

Southeast Asia House of Prayer - This is an amazing opportunity to join the efforts of an inter-faith house of prayer in Southeast Asia.  Here, Muslims and Christians meet regularly to pray together and for each other.  Join with the long-term workers as they use intercessory prayer and fellowship to build bridges with the local Muslims. This trip starts in late May of 2012.
