"The witness of the Frontiers workers is a source of inspiration and encouragement.

"If you really want to learn to lean on God and see His mighty power displayed across cultural barriers while having a ridiculous amount of fun, you should probably sign up [for a short-term trip]!"
"God is proving to be the constant that He is in the world. It is encouraging to hear how He is moving in the Muslim world."

"The exposure you get through short-term service is incredible. To throw oneself into a world ignorantly is sometimes the wisest thing you can do."
"As donors, we are excited by the strategic impact Frontiers is having in fulfilling the Great Commission among Muslims, and we want a greater sense of ownership."
"Frontiers' ministry to people that live in 'closed' countries excites me! Knowing that they have NGOs [nonprofits] trained and dedicated to reach these people makes Frontiers quite valuable."
- a Frontiers financial partner
"Because Frontiers has a proven track record of engaging the Muslim world with integrity and evangelical effectiveness, we are joyous partners in prayer and sharing of finances."
"Frontiers has our enthusiastic support (prayer and finances) for taking the Good News to Muslims. We are so thankful for the many God is calling to go and who are saying, 'Yes!'"

Called to Lead

"He gave them power and authority to drive out all demons and to cure diseases, and he sent them out to preach the kingdom of God and to heal the sick." Luke 9:1a-2

Most people are amazed that Frontiers does not seek to control leaders; we develop and release them.Called to lead

Leadership expert Warren Bennis said, “The most dangerous leadership myth is that leaders are born—that there is a genetic factor to leadership. This myth asserts that people simply either have certain charismatic qualities or not. That's nonsense; in fact, the opposite is true. Leaders are made rather than born.”

We want to free leaders from the bureaucratic red tape that can hinder them, providing the tools they need to lead teams starting new work. Frontiers encourages and develops future leaders toward an effective, God-honoring attitude of service.

Frontiers rises and falls with its leaders. The message of Jesus goes where it has not yet gone if leaders step forward to lead a team in the effort. At the core of Frontiers is our community of team leaders. They carry the burden and responsibility for their teams’ health and progress in the work.

In our halls, we talk about “apostolic leaders.” We talk about those who have been seized by Romans 15:20-21 – “It has always been my ambition to preach the Gospel not where Christ is already named, but, as it is written, ‘They who have no news of Him shall see, and they who have not heard will understand.’”

If you think God may have called you to lead a team, let’s talk. Fill out The Journey to begin the conversation.
