Privacy Policy

We at Frontiers value your partnership with us in sharing hope in Christ with Muslims. We also value your privacy. You can be assured that we respect your trust in us and will carefully protect your privacy.

Frontiers has created this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use and protect information gathered on this website and how we protect your personal privacy.

In order to fully understand your rights we encourage you to read this Privacy Policy. Please note that this Privacy Policy may occasionally undergo minor changes. We will post all Policy changes on this page and provide a prominent notice for major changes.

What Information We Collect and How We Use That Information — Our registration, application and other forms ask users to give us contact information that may include name, email address, format preference (HTML vs. Text), address, church, interests, and similar information. We neither request nor store sensitive information, such social security numbers from our visitors. We do not share or sell the contact information of our users with other organizations.

No Credit Card Numbers Stored — The donation, purchase and payment processing applications only retain any user's credit card information in server memory for the few seconds necessary to authorize an electronic transaction, and then discard it - the card number is never stored in the database or anywhere on disc. This policy guarantees that, even in the highly unlikely event that systems were to be compromised, the data could never be used for identity theft or fraud.

Internet Protocol Address — We collect an IP address from all visitors to this site. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet. We use IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server, analyze trends, gather broad demographic information for aggregate use in order for us to improve this site, and deliver personalized content.

Use of "Cookies" — This site may use cookies to enhance your experience while using our site, which is an industry standard. Cookies are pieces of information that some websites transfer to the computer that is browsing that site and are used for record-keeping purposes. Cookies make web-surfing easier by performing functions such as saving passwords and personal preferences.

A browser may be set to refuse cookies. If you choose to have your browser refuse cookies, it is possible that some areas of this site will not function properly when viewed.

Security — We take security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or alteration, disclosure and destruction of data. Our measures include reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and blocking unauthorized access to systems where personal data is stored.

Information sent to this site is transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. SSL is a robust coding system that lets your browser automatically encrypt, or scramble, data before you send it to us. We also protect account information by placing it on a secure portion of our computer system that is only accessible by security-cleared Frontiers employees, contractors and agents. These cleared personnel use the information only to process your requests and operate or improve this site. No data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of information.

In addition, servers are hosted in a secure facility manned 24 hours a day service. Access to the facility is only available to previously authorized personnel, who are authenticated by both photographic and biometric identification.

Data Integrity — We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we process is accurate, complete, and current, but we depend on our users to update or correct their personal information whenever necessary.

Tell-A-Friend, eCards — If a user elects to use our referral services for informing a friend about frontiersusa, or elects to send a friend an eCard, we ask for the friend's name and email address. Frontiers will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit frontiersusa, and stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email. We do not initiate emails to these contacts without their prior consent.
